REAl Estate school application

School applications MUST be submitted to the Commission using the online application. The Commission will not accept paper applications for schools.

School administrators who are not currently approved as instructors or school administrators in Alabama must submit a paper school administrator application as the first step in the approval process.

Once the school administrator is approved and has a school administrator license number, the school administrator may then log in to submit a school application online. Click here for instructions to the school application.
